Worry often arrives before anything has actually happened. It fills the quiet spaces with questions and asks us to solve tomorrow using only the strength we have today. Jesus offers a better way: remember that your Father already knows what you need.

Trust does not mean you will never feel concerned. It means concern does not become your master. You can take the next wise step, pray honestly, and leave the outcome with the One who sees farther than you can.

When worry returns, let it become a reminder to pray. Name the burden, release it to God, and receive the peace He gives one day at a time.
